HOW TO EARN PEGS

Earn Pegs (like points) toward free food and retail savings**.

$1 Spent = 1 Peg

Plus, earn extra Pegs and Bonus Rewards by playing the Bonus Game and other events throughout the year.

Pegs can’t be earned for orders made through third-party delivery services. You will earn 1 Peg for every whole dollar you spend at Cracker Barrel Store, online at CrackerBarrel.com or through the Cracker Barrel app (excluding gift cards, sales tax, delivery fees, gratuities and other such charges).

HOW TO REDEEM ONLINE

Login to your Rewards account on the website or app. You can view your Rewards account page to see all available rewards.
Start your order by adding the items and be sure to add the reward item you'd like to your order. For retail rewards, shop online at shop.crackerbarrel.com..
On the cart page, tap the 'You have Rewards, Redeem now' button at the top and we'll apply the best reward value. Simply confirm the rewards you want to apply to your order and they will be credited at checkout.

HOW TO REDEEM IN-STORE

View your Rewards account page or ask a cashier at your local Cracker Barrel to see all available rewards.
In the restaurant, be sure to add the reward item you'd like to your order OR in the Old Country Store, you can redeem a retail reward at the cashier.
At checkout, tell the cashier you're a Rewards member and you'd like to apply rewards to your order.

I'm missing Pegs from a past visit. What do I do?

How do I redeem my Pegs and bonus rewards online?

Redeeming is easy!

Start your order and add the item you'd like to redeem to your cart.
On the Cart page, tap the 'You Have Rewards, Redeem Now' button at the top of the page to see your recommended best value based on what is in your cart and the rewards you have available.
That's it! You'll then be able to see the rewards applied to your items.

Some friendly reminders: If you add or remove anything to your cart, you may need to press the button again. You can earn on catering orders, but not redeem rewards on catering items at this time. To redeem in-store, be sure to order the item you want to redeem for on your order. Tell the cashier what rewards you want to redeem for. Deeming on Dine-In Mobile Pay is coming soon.
