3. HOW TO ENTER

A. Qualifying Purchases.

Make a Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction at a Cracker Barrel Restaurant, in App or Online at www.crackerbarrel.com using your Rewards Account: For each Weekly Sweep, an eligible Rewards Program member will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Sweep for each adult menu entrée purchased during the applicable Weekly Sweep Entry Period by the member under her/his Rewards Program account (herein, a “Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction”)*, whether dine-in, to go, or delivery (as available). Exclusions: Kids Meals, side orders, beverage orders, dessert, catering orders, Shareables orders, Party Platters, Family Meals, and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms or other third-party channels do not qualify. If you have questions, call or confirm with your server if a menu item qualifies. Limit: Subject to the total entry limit specified in Section 4 below, a member may earn more than one (1) entry during the applicable Weekly Sweep via this method, including more than one (1) entry in the same transaction.

Add-On Entries:

In addition, a member may earn one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Sweeps for each of the following:

1. Make a Qualifying Retail Purchase: Purchase in-store any retail merchandise item from the Cracker Barrel retail gift shop (excluding gift cards) on the same check as a Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction (as “Qualifying Retail Purchase”). Exclusions: Online retail purchases and gift card purchases, do not qualify. Limit: Subject to the total entry limit specified in Section 4 below, a member may earn a maximum of one (1) additional entry via a Qualifying Retail Purchase per Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction regardless of the number of retail merchandise items or adult menu entrees purchased in the same Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction.

2. Make a Qualifying Bonus Purchase: During designated Weekly Sweeps (as set forth in the table below), make a Qualifying Bonus Purchase on the same check as a Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction. Exclusions: Online retail purchases, and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms or other third-party channels, do not qualify. Additional exclusions for specific Qualifying Bonus Purchases are listed in the table below. Limit: Subject to the total entry limit specified in Section 4 below, a member may earn a maximum of one (1) bonus entry via a Qualifying Bonus Purchase per Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction regardless of the number of qualifying bonus items or adult menu entrees purchased in the same Qualifying Adult Entrée Transaction. Qualifying Bonus Purchase opportunities are limited to select Weekly Sweeps.

1. Rewards Program Account Purchases: To qualify for an entry, a purchase must be properly associated with the entrant’s Rewards Program account at the time of the transaction. To make a purchase using your Rewards Program account in restaurant or at a retail store, you must provide the email address or telephone number associated with your Rewards Program account to the cashier when paying your bill or sign into your Rewards Program account when paying by scanning the QR code on your receipt and using your mobile device to complete the payment. To make a purchase using your Rewards Program account on www.crackerbarrel.com or in-App, you must first sign into your Rewards Program account and then complete your transaction. Purchases that are not properly associated with an entrant’s Rewards Program account at the time of purchase will not be counted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and or Rewards Account.

2. No Duplication/Automation: Use of multiple Rewards Program accounts, multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or any automated, robotic, programmed, or similar means of entry is prohibited and will void all entries submitted using such means. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered Rewards Program account holder associated with the entry.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry.

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible Rewards Program member must hand print legibly in your own hand on a 3” x 5” postcard your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), email address or telephone number associated with your Rewards Program account, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and the words “Fuel Your Summer Road Trip Sweepstakes – Weekly Sweep [#]” (specifying the applicable Weekly Sweep number, 1–10). Mail your postcard in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Cracker Barrel Rewards “Fuel Your Summer Road Trip” Sweepstakes – Weekly Sweep c/o Guest Relations, P.O. Box 787, Lebanon, Tennessee 37088. Mail-in entries listing a P.O. Box as the entrant’s mailing address or return address will be void. The name, mailing address, and email address provided on the mail-in entry must match the information on file with the entrant’s Rewards Program account. Entries that cannot be matched to a valid Rewards Program account will be void.

Mail-in entries are subject the total entry limit specified in Section 4 below. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable Weekly Sweep period and received no later than three (3) business days following the end of that Weekly Sweep to be eligible for that Weekly Sweep’s drawing. Pre-printed, photocopied, rubber-stamped, computer-generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, forged, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any mail-in entries that Sponsor reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, were submitted in bulk, through commercial mailing services, or through any organized effort to circumvent the entry limits set forth herein.

4. ENTRY LIMITS

Regardless of method of entry, an entrant may receive a maximum of twenty-five (25) total entries into any single Weekly Sweep. The above limit is inclusive of all purchase-based entries, bonus entries, and mail-in entries combined. Entries in excess of the applicable limit will be disregarded. Entries for a Weekly Sweep do not roll over to any subsequent Weekly Sweep.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about the Wednesday following the close of each Weekly Sweep, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Weekly Sweep to select twenty-five (25) potential winners (each, a “Weekly Drawing”). A total of two hundred fifty (250) potential winners will be selected across all ten (10) Weekly Drawings. Each entrant may be selected as a winner only once during the Promotion Period.

Limit: One (1) prize per person/household under this Sweepstakes. If an entrant has previously been selected as a potential winner in an earlier Weekly Sweep, any subsequent selection of that entrant will be disregarded and an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Weekly Sweep. Odds of winning any Weekly Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Weekly Sweep.

Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor’s Guest Relations team using the phone number and/or email address contact information associated with the entrant’s Rewards Program account (or, in the case of a mail-in entry, the contact information provided on the postcard). All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

Each potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be reached to confirm acceptance of the Prize, fails to respond to the prize notification, fails to return any Sponsor required documentation, all within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor’s first attempt, or is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Weekly Sweep, or elect not to award the prize. In no event shall Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prizes advertised or corresponding to potential winners successfully verified.

7. PRIZES

Twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded per Weekly Sweep, for a total of two hundred fifty (250) prizes during the Promotion Period.

• Each prize consists of: (A) One (1) $500.00 Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® gift card; and (B) One (1) $500.00 gas gift card (together, the “Prize”).
• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $1,000.00. Total ARV of all Prizes under each Weekly Sweep: $25,000.00. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded under the Sweepstakes: $250,000.00.

Gift cards will be issued in Sponsor’s sole discretion in either digital or physical form and are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Gas gift cards may be issued by a third-party gas brand or as a general-use prepaid card; Sponsor reserves the right to determine the form, brand, and issuer of any gift card.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose). Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason. All details of the prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that technical, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to resolve such matters and adjust the prizes awarded based upon random selection.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Each winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent), and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner where required by law.

9. MARKETING & PUBLICITY

Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address, etc. during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and in connection with Sponsor’s marketing communications. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (located at https://crackerbaarrel.com/privacy) or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor. The information you provide to Sponsor will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of any Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use entrants’ name, prize information, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), prize footage, screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, opinions, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, hometown and state, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it (including, without limitation, any individual Weekly Sweep), if any fraud, virus, bug, technical failure, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government order or regulation, labor dispute, supply chain disruption, or any other cause or factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the point of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or to be acting in a disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (A) THE ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED HEREUNDER; (C) ANY MISREPRESENTATION MADE BY THE ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; (D) ANY NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE ENTRANT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (E) ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT BY PERSONS OR ENTITIES OTHER THAN THE PARTIES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE ENTRANT’S INVOLVEMENT WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; OR (F) ANY MALFUNCTION, ERROR OR OTHER PROBLEM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, RETENTION, SECURITY, OR USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR BREACH, COMPROMISE, OR LOSS OF, ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION; OR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING, OFFERING OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANY PRIZE OR WINNER. THE FOREGOING INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR DEATH ARISING IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECULATIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF A SINGLE PRIZE (I.E., ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00)).

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if reasonably possible.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ASPECTS OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND PLATFORMS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND THAT SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE(S), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION THEREOF, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.)

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; MANDATORY ARBITRATION

A. Dispute Resolution. Sponsor and Entrant each agree (together, for purposes of this Section 13 only, “We” or “Our”) to first notify the other of any dispute or claim involving the other relating to the Sweepstakes (each, a “Dispute”). You agree to first contact us by sending a written description of your Dispute to Cracker Barrel’s Guest Relations department using the Contact Us form to allow us an opportunity to resolve the Dispute you have, and you will be first contacted by us based on the contact information we have for you (phone, email, etc.). If We are unable to resolve the Dispute in this way, We each agree to submit to the other notice of the Dispute via written notification that includes a description of the Dispute, all relevant documents/information, and the proposed resolution to the Dispute (“Dispute Notice”). You agree to send such written notification to us at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Attn: General Counsel, 305 Hartmann Drive, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087. Written notification of a Dispute to you will be sent based on contact information you have provided us.

B. Binding Arbitration. If, after 60 days of receipt of a Dispute Notice, We have been unable to resolve the Dispute, WE EACH AGREE THAT THE DISPUTE MAY ONLY BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION before and as administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, available at www.adr.org. We each acknowledge and agree that, but for this agreement to arbitrate Disputes: (I) We would otherwise have the right or opportunity to litigate Disputes through a court and to have a judge or jury decide the case; and (II) WE VOLUNTARILY CHOOSE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 13(D) BELOW, TO HAVE ALL DISPUTES RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING DISPUTES IN COURT. We each further agree that Disputes include questions as to the validity or applicability of this binding arbitration clause and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Disputes brought on Our behalf by anyone (including, without limitation, our heirs, agents, successors, and assigns).

C. Applicable Law. This agreement to arbitrate and each arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended, to the exclusion of any inconsistent state law. The laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its choice of law principles, will exclusively govern substantive law.

D. Exception to Arbitrate. We each may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Further, as provided in Section 15 below, We each agree that any arbitration will be solely between you and us, not as part of a classwide claim. If for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this NO CLASS ACTION restriction is unenforceable, then Our agreement to arbitrate does not apply and the classwide dispute must be brought in court in the applicable federal or state court for Davidson or Wilson County, Tennessee.

14. NO TRIAL BY JURY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION, OR OTHER PROCEEDING.

15. NO CLASS ACTION

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT AND RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANY LAWSUITS, ARBITRATIONS, OR OTHER PROCEEDINGS THAT INVOLVE ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSY OF ANOTHER PARTY, INCLUDING ANY CLASS ACTIONS.

16. WINNERS LIST

For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope, postmarked no later than September 30, 2026, to: Winners List – Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® “Fuel Your Summer Road Trip” Sweepstakes, c/o GUEST RELATIONS, 305 Hartmann Drive, Lebanon, TN 37087.

17. NO AFFILIATION

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any other named or depicted people, brands, or entities other than Sponsor. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
